Contact us today to book your retreat and experience the true essence of Algarvian

gastronomy.

We will start with a 3 night/ 4 day program. It’s a standard program, that can then be

adjusted to the client’s preferences.

● A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking,

● An additional 30% must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival,

● The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days before the scheduled date.

The Booking Conditions you agree to when you make your booking apply to your trip.

You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% for your booking to be confirmed. If

your booking is made within 60 days of the departure date then a 50% of the total is payable

at the time of booking.

If your booking is made within 30 days of the departure date then the total amount is payable

at the time of booking.

If you cancel some or all portions of your booking, the cancellation terms will apply. A

cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation (by email).

If you cancel a trip:

● 60 days or more prior to departure - we will hold the non-refundable deposit amount

as a credit (this can be used in a future program booked in the next 12 months -

subject to availability and price variations).

● Between 31 and 59 days prior to arrival - a 50% of the total booking cost will be

charged;

● 30 days or fewer prior to arrival - The full amount of your booking will be charged.
